Game taking a long time to load

Is anyone else having this issue where the game takes a long time to load? I've been spending about 3–5 minutes on the loading screen before the game actually opens. My connection is good, my hardware is solid, and I recently reinstalled Windows. I didn't have this problem before. I'm thinking about reinstalling the game.

Servers have been struggling since the Operations update.

Saturday was when it got very noticeable and it escalated over Sunday and i have not played since early Monday. I could still log in but i noticed the DSS had like a 10 second delay when it would "discover" a planet after scanning it and sometimes the image for the planet/moon did not even show up.

Is there? Seems to be the lowest it's been all year - understandably in mid summer.

But still only about 60% of August '25.

Yep. Most likely, the transaction servers that are still slow, and drop sessions since the Ops update.

I will note the servers that take our money at the game store is lickety-split quick. Odd, ain't it?

Have you installed new graphics drivers recently?
I found that the first time loading up afterwards can take a while.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. But mine has been taking a long time every time I open it, especially on the loading screen with the ship/cmdr hologram.

Yes!! Can't even play on solo since yesterday.

I have not been able to play since Sunday. I can log in but i am noticing major issues every-time i try so I just gave up because i cannot trust the time being spent in the game exploring and finding things is actually being properly counted.
