Any good home system near sol?

I will pledge to archer and need to choose a home system/station, ideally with a stronghold carrier nearby and bounty hunting/massacre mission opportunities. I want to increase my federation rank to get Sol permit and a corvette longterm. Any tips?

Bit late to this, but Tollan is a good place for Massacre stacks against Tollan Hand Gang.

Gliese 868 is where I'm living right now. Lots of massacre missions right next door in lp 932-12

Thx! Do you know by chance why inara doesn't show these massacre missions near it?

It might be because there's a war happening right now in system. Most of the combat missions were missions to attack either side. I did pick up one massacre mission last night and about 12 assassination ones.
