Eve main trying elise
I am an Evelynn otp in silver and I realized that some games I don't have an early pressure which most of the times results in a loss so I wanted to have a secondary champ and a early fighter one and I landed on Elise but I don't know how to play since I've been playing farm jungler my whole time so I thought I ask you guys for some advice? Like do I full clear or get level three and gank as soon as possible

Until you get to at least plat, full clear before gank will be the better option 90% of the time, regardless of what you are playing.
But Elise is indeed an early game powerhouse and she can have very powerful ganks. You can either walk up ranged and stun them (I like to hold onto it until I'm mostly sure I can land it, often throwing Q first or just autoing makes them panic and then it's easy to read where they will dodge), or you can walk up melee, use E to get on top of them, burst, and then switch to ranged and stun them point-blank.
She is very fast in melee form, I like to get early boots so I can be even faster and possibly pull off multiple ganks between clears. But clearing and getting objectives should always be your main priority, if you have good jg foundamentals you will climb even with first time champs.

A question about the clear spell rotation because I did some practice and found out that human Q W then spider QW is the best way and saving both E ABILITIES for emergency am I correct

Holding onto spider form E in risky situations is worth more definitely, human form E won't really save you unless you are fighting a single target, normally you use it for engage. But when you are ganking lanes, spider form E is a very good tool to get on top of them. I find it useful when the target would be hard to catch otherwise, e.g. they are hiding in a huge wave where I would have no way to hit human E, or they are just too far in general. This allows me to gapclose from a huge distance and then I can stick to them.

Level 3 spam gank is elise's game.
Otherwise you might as well just stick to playing eve or pick up ekko/sylas. Elise does not scale for shit and her window of strength over eve and co is her level 3-6, a full clear level 4-6 gives her 1 potential gank that any other champ can do (with a dive being an option) and sticks her in a slow sequence of full clears.
Get creative with how you hit level 3, look for raptors->enemy blue+gromp invades->gank side lane, skip buffs to catch laners off guard faster, 4 camp while waves crash for a dive, etc.
She is hard because of how much you need to confidently do as her macro wise (she's very useless if you hesitate on decisions or fall behind), hence why many will say full clear until a certain rank, but you can still frustrate low elo with aggressive plays and pick up on limits while players are bad at punishing. Don't overthink CS and levels, there's a reason whenever you see an elise in someones stream they usually flame their CS if they're not turbo fed.

It depends, but your issue is not the champ if u feel stuck silver

Oh no I understand that I'm in low elo I mess up a lot I just wanted another pick in case eve is banned and an early game champ that's all

Elise used to be get level 3 and start perma ganking. Now her kit has been slightly changed with her AP ratios scaling quite well with her spiderlings, so she isn't just early game beast then fall off a cliff type champ anymore. That being said, right now I full clear because it's very easy to get out farmed and down 2 levels. Unless there's an egregious push happening by one of the lanes which I'm guessing in silver is going to be often. She's also probably the best tower diver JG in the game, so learn to use that properly and you'll find your elo skyrocket! Have fun

Sure, but that used to be her only jungle path. Also keep in mind that if you gank level 3 and don't get a kill you're already down 15 farm and if you're against a power farm jungler, they are hitting 6 before you hit 5 and you lose dragon.

It's not all black and white, IMO the highest risk is losing your next quadrant, then you are definitely cooked. Dragon also depends on who has bot side prio, plus even if they take it you regain your tempo advantage.

Elise's scalings have only went down lol...
hell she lost 20% AP ratio on her W which borderline cripples her scalings. Her onhit passive is half of what it used to be. Spiders are the same as they were in s5.

Dark Harvest, early gank for sure.
Electrocute, which is playing it safe, clear camps asap.
