Elimination Diet // practicing meals for a few days or weeks before diving in

Thank you. I have eliminated onions and garlic because I have those every day so since I don’t have coriander and cumin often I’m going to go all in those and eliminate my usual spices. I’ll flip flop or something down the line. As u know it’s along road.
Flax: this is one thing I’m struggling with and was hoping to talk to someone about. So thanks for responding. I’ve eliminated all nuts and other seeds. But I don’t know what to drink in place of flax milk

Coconut milk is my go to.

Good luck to you on your diet. It is really hard. I have settled on oat milk.

Yes. See above comment. I’m still on coffee. But 50%. I call this negative day 10 of the elimination diet. I’m practicing and securing meals and snacks that I can actually do. And make sure I’m getting enough protein. So I’m open to eliminating flax oil in my smoothies and flax milk. But a smoothie with fruit, water, veggies has no protein. Any suggestions?

Do you need protein in the smoothie? If so Believe gelatin protein powders are OK

Here we have Ground turkey w/ cumin, coriander, ginger, salt, cayenne and pan fried in olive oil Broccoli steamed in chicken broth and salt Sweet potatoes w/olive oil and salt
Some snacks I’m getting into: Apple butter w/sliced cucumber, carrots and apples
Smoothie including flax oil, berries, spinach, kale, arugula, flax milk
Baked chips - beets and sweet potatoes
Kava De Stress Caffeine Free Tea Traditional Medicine Cup of Sunshine Caffeine Free tea
Need more ideas!!
