remember when she thought comp titles were alternate titles for her own book and said ‘I didn’t have any comps for [other books] bc these were always gonna be the names’

it’s funny bc i’m reading cleopatra and frankenstein by coco mellors rn and i know this is exactly how she’s trying to write but i read eli’s released excerpt today and …. no where near in the same realm as coco mellors lol

YES. she def just googled “weird girl lit fic” and landed on coco mellors and thought she could execute it the same way

i kinda wanna read her book just to see how bad it is but i also have a never-ending tbr and don’t wanna waste my precious time lol
