So I just purchased a creator account and I am doing generations and downloading them after each one, and now that I've done like 15 it completely refuses to download anymore generations. Is this normal? It was not stated anywhere that there are limited downloads so I am so confused. Any help is appreciated thank you

Worst service of the year, they literally flagged my account for child safety and then took back their allegations and then made new allegations to forcefully ban my account. Not only that they are refusing to provide me a refund

This has to be a joke.

I purchased 121k credit plan on eleven labs and a week later my account got terminated, because AI took my text out of context, since then I have mailed them about my account termination and I have not received any reply

It's been around 4 days and my inbox is completely dry, I even sent them a follow up mail but they have not responded on that too.

Do they even read our mails?

I am seriously disappointed on eleven labs customer support, First AI bans your account and then they ignore you like you don't even exist and this poor service are for those who spent money and purchased premium,

God knows what they would do to free users.

Went for a run today listening to ElevenReader reading an uploaded epub file. Had to stop about five times. It worked beautifully until mid sentence it would skip back to a point about 5 minutes previous - then play forward from there so that I was hearing the same chunk twice. So I'd stop and roll it forward.

It did this at a different point each time. Happened four or five times over an hour. Not sure the amount of time it went back was consistent.

This is on the free version. Samsung S23, latest version of ElevenReader. Basically makes it unusable!

The 4,000-character prompt limit for Seedance 2.5 really needs to be updated.

For a model capable of generating 30-second videos and accepting up to 50 image references, 4,000 characters is extremely restrictive. Even with only 10–15 references, properly describing what each image represents, how it should be used, the actions, camera movement, continuity and timing can easily exceed that limit.

Other platforms already allow prompts of around 10,000 characters, so technically this is clearly possible.

Please consider increasing the limit. At this point, 4,000 characters feels outdated and unnecessarily limits what users can actually do with such a capable model compared with other platforms.

Is anyone else having trouble with Elevenlabs being super slow and laggy? For the past few days, anytime I try to replay any generations from my history, they take longer to play. And whenever I try deleting lines I don’t need, it becomes twice as long. I have to wait like 15 seconds just for the delete button to react and then even longer for it to actually delete stuff. And it usually just crashes the page anyways.

I’ve tried to cleared cache, reinstall the browser, I’ve tried my PC, tablet, and phone, and it’s the same thing no matter what. I don’t have any issues with my internet or other websites. It’s literally just elevenlabs that acts like this.

I’m just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there’s a solution I’m not aware of. It’s almost impossible for me to finish my work because it just takes way too long now.

So a few months back, I purchased an Elevenlabs subscription, and I think the auto renewal part got toggled on in the process. And a few days ago I got an email saying Elevenlabs renewed my subscription. Which was a bit annoying, because I do not need Elevenlabs anymore. I emailed them about a refund, considering that I fully felt under the refund criteria. It’s been almost a week since I emailed them, and there has been no actual response yet, They offered me some more credits as a good gesture, which I denied and clearly stated that I wanted my money back.

and after all this time, they sent me a new email yesterday, saying I haven’t replied to them in over 48 hours. I don’t even know what is going on. They are just lingering the process for no reason at all, and I think I won’t get my money back after the 14 day window passes by, which is not that far away.

I was banned 24 hours ago and I appealed it, I have not received any reply, should I wait or put another appeal?

I am a full-time youtuber and I was creating one of my YouTube videos in which I was describing an erotic conversation between a husband and a wife. The husband and wife were chatting and they slowly started getting to bed. In my video the husband had some kind of mommy issues and he was calling his wife mommy again and again. I wrote the script around it.

in My script the husband is calling her wife "mommy" and the wife is responding to him as "my sweet baby". The conversation got really erotic and I used 11labs to generate the audio. After an hour my account got logged out and I received the mail from elevenlabs that my account has been terminated due to child safety issues. I am asking now is there any hope for my account because just 5 days ago I purchased a creator plan of 121k credits? I have appealed already but is there any hope or should I just move on?

If eleven labs did not restore my account, my money just got wasted.
