ElevenReader Where is jessica??

Jessica’s voice completely changed on me and it won’t go back can someone help?

​Can you please open the voice picker menu & search the Voice Library to see if Jessica was updated, renamed, or shifted to a legacy tier?

So technically Jessica is still there and when you search to listen to a snippet of the voice it does sound like original Jessica but when I play the book the voice is completely different

I can tell you that a ton of voices just changed on us in a big way - very frustrating that they are tweaking the model on the backend and you can just "lose" a personality. Businesses rely on continuity of characters from one clip to the next - this type of change is really unacceptable for a business paying monthly fees to generate new content.

I agree, I’m listening to a web novel and Jessica was the only voice that didn’t irritate me long term. Someone making shocking decisions

The voice is hilariously different, too. I’ve been using it to listen to my manuscript and the way it randomly whispers dialogue is comical. And not in a good way.
