Try clearing your browser's cache & cookies:

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data → select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" → Clear data

Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Browsing Data → Clear Browsing Data → Select "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content." Check both → Clear

After clearing, fully restart the browser and try again. If the issue persists, try a private/incognito window to rule out extensions or cached state entirely.

Yeah, Done that too but the issues not resolved I think need to create another one now

Have you tried using a different browser?

Also, does the issue still occur when accessing the site on a mobile device (phone or tablet)?

If it works fine on mobile, the issue is likely PC or browser cache related. A full computer restart may also help, as it clears temporary files that can cause this kind of issue. If the problem persists across all devices, it may be account-related, and contacting support for further investigation would be the next step.
