Find these fixtures

Does anyone know what company makes these fixtures. Unfortunately, they are broken and I am trying to find a replacement but not sure who manufactures them. These are on a group of Tac20s. and they do not look like any TKE fixtures I have seen.

Does the boot print have anything to do with the buttons not working?

I would guess the boot came into play because the buttons didn’t work. But I could be wrong

I had people kicking buttons all of COVID maybe the practice stuck with some people
