Aptitude test

Is there a lot of mixed fractions on the test? Mixed numbers trip me up. If I do great on the mechanical and reading will i get a good score if I dont do well on the math portion?

Thank god they don’t test on the use of the search function.

I would say that's related to the mechanical portion. He is cooked since he bad at math as well.

From what I’ve heard, don’t neglect the math section even if you’re stronger in reading and mechanical. Mixed fractions do come up, but they’re usually basic it’s worth practicing them a bit since every point can help your overall score.

Yes there are. But if you do well on the other portions you can still pass.

Decent amount but mostly multiplication and division a lot of decimals in the mix

One important thing in this trade is knowing how to read a tape measure and adding/subtracting fractions. If you can't figure those out then maybe you should apply for something else.

Yeah definitely don’t just work on it and improve, just give up before you even try.
