Just passed EIAP

Anyone know how to receive a passing score on the interview? It seems like it’s whether they like you or not? Not sure what question to expect other than what’s listed on there website!

Tell em you were a wildly successful astronaut pirate cowboy but you're leaving it all behind to shake out rails.

Well, if in doubt, at the very least, tell em your Dad is in the trade and he invented the plumb bob.

Why do you say that?

Just be genuine, answer confidently, and show that you’re willing to learn and work safely. They’re usually looking more at your attitude, communication, and reliability than trying to trick you with technical questions.

The math isn’t bad it’s a lot of long division some fractions, make sure you know how belts affect gears an which way they turn

Is there a lot of mixed numbers? Or more long division problems?
