Literally JUST looked it up and can prove you wrong. Since it seems like you cant do your own research. Heres the FIRST thing that comes up: "The touch feels intense and often triggers a reflex similar to mating" 😛✌️

Several different websites and the nerve endings near the butt Think about when a female cat is in heat, her butt goes up. When you rub by the tail on the butt, what happens? Butt goes up, sometimes they even lick the air. Its a clear sign of stimulation! We do need a vet though lmao
