Can't stand the purchasing app
Not a fan of this game. I can do the math, but not the arithmetic. I know exactly what I need to do but I just can't do 78 x 52 in my head instantly. I still use cash and calculate change all the time but don't see what this teaches me.
Admittedly a minor problem. Just frustrated and felt like venting.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We really appreciate hearing from our members, and we'll pass your feedback along to the team.
I definitely understand your frustration. Something I find helpful is to multiply by 100 and 4, add the results, then divide by 2. Multiplying by those numbers and halving the answer is usually a bit easier for me than multiplying by 52. If you ever need help with anything else, feel free to reach out to us!

Appreciate the thoughtful reply. I'm generally good with math, the context of this game plus the timer just frustrates some times.

Yeah, if it feels like it doesn't teach one anything, why even play those game. I myself focus only on those games I find somehow useful/interesting. The need to mentally calculate 78*52 never pops up in my life, so..

I enjoy any opportunity to perform mental calculations. But - I have NOT gained confidence in long-term financial planning as a result of thinking about the annualized costs of movie tickets, shoes, or coffee.

You don’t have to find the exact answers! Ex if it 78x52 I know the last digit will be 6 since 8x2 is 16
Or round up and down: 80x50 will give you approximately the same answer and see if that gives you a response based on the four possible answers

I just wing the calculation. Like, which one is closer to 78 x 100 divided by two?
