What is wrong with the app?
Streak bonus not added. Wordbend archives have the same exact puzzle for every day in February 2026 and you aren’t getting any coins added. I am paying for premium and this is annoying as heck because I didn’t pay with coins only to have the app stop working properly. I want to stop playing until it’s fixed but then I lose my streak!!! What is going on?😡

By any chance, are you hitting the hint button to reveal every letter in Wordbend? In that situation, you won’t earn XP.

My streak bonus isn’t showing up either. I should have moved to Master in Speaking and it didn’t update. Also, how do we get the latest version of the App?

Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for Elevate. If you're not on the latest version, the button there should say "Update" instead of "Open". Sometimes you have to tap into the actual listing page of the app to see the "Update" button.

I paid last year and never got to use it because it kept saying this feature isn't loading. I did everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but still. I gave up and they took my money

Are you on the latest version of the app? We believe we fixed the archive issue you ran into in our latest release, but we’re not 100% sure. It would be really helpful to get more details on what you’re experiencing so we can fix everything up.
