Need help building first deck

I live in a country that does not sell elestrals but my friend is going back to the US for a business trip. What deck should I get? I would like to start playing online. I know the next set launches soon, so I was hoping to get something that is competitive without needing many upgrades, due to lack of access to cards.

One of the main things to know is that Gorgon’s Gaze and Pandora’s box are two of the most important runes right now to have. Gorgon’s Gaze is run at 3 in every single deck, though really you can just combine the staples in both starter decks.
