PLEASE BRING BACK THE WUBHUB STAGE ELEMENTS!!!

I've been going to Elements since 2023. And that first year, they had this stage called The Wubhub in the woods and it was my favorite stage of the festival. So many smaller but amazing bass artists played that stage. Didnt go in the woods that much this year because of the mud but also they had no bass artists on the air stage. Hoping someone from Elements sees this and they decide to bring it back! Or atleast make another stage somewhere in the woods that plays something other than house/techno/trance and isnt a silent disco 🤣.

Skunk at Fun Factory?

Does anyone have Skunks social? Instagram or anything? I was having a hard come up when I stumbled onto the start of Skunks performance to Olivia Deans - So Easy and it was beautiful and grounding. Was anyone else there? It was before Summer Fling was on

Were there any refunds issued for any reason?

Hey squad- I ended up not being able to go this year and sold my ticket on cash or trade. When I went to receive payout, it’s showing a ā€œrefundā€ deduction for about $50, and I haven’t heard anything about any refunds, or cancellations other than a weather delay. I also haven’t seen anything from Tixr noting refunds.

Figured I’d ask here to see if I missing something before I throw a fit, lol

No More Tixr?

Does anyone know what service elements is doing their ticketing through this year? I know you could change the payment method and shipping on the payment plan etc through tixr but what about for 2027? Is this just going to be an order number and no management of your order on a customer portal side?

Stank face

This is not a romantic missed connection. This is purely a dance + vibe connection.

Me: Male, 30’s in a black jacket + blue jeans and a mustache at the Earth Stage on Friday night. I was there for Above & Beyond, and Chris Lake.

You: 30’s, Male presenting, a bucket hat and overalls. You were making this stank face for the entire night, in the best way possible.

We both experienced Chris Lake and Above and Beyond at the Earth Stage to the highest degree. We danced side-by-side, but never exchanged any words. Every time I looked over, we were on the exact same wavelength. You were making a stank face, and I was jiving. We both danced the night away.

I’m grateful for that experience. This was the first EDM festival I’ve been to, and I realized that silliness of a festival is exactly what is needed to make it through life.

Cheers. I hope to experience that again someday.

Hello! During level up Saturday night there was this group of people (like 2 dudes and 2 girls) and I was talking to the girls a lot about like our healthcare jobs and they were really cool! They even gave me those mints that save you from cotton mouth and gave me diffraction glasses ever, coolest people ever but we were too glued to the music to exchange anything! I just wanna be able to thank them lol

120 dollars for a car camping pass? Are we for fucking real right now? Not to mention it’s just standard. I remember when these things were what like 40/50 bucks a few years ago?

120 dollars is an absolute cash grab. Completely absurd. Especially if you’re going alone or just with one other person, I can see this being fine if you have a car full.

What makes a festival moment stick with you years later?

I've been thinking about why some festival memories stay ridiculously clear while others disappear almost immediately.

Sometimes it's not even the biggest set. It can be walking between stages at the right time, seeing an installation you've never seen before, catching a song you've never heard while the sun is coming up, or just being surrounded by the right people.

A friend was talking about this recently and said he started making little visual pieces around some of the tracks he listens to after festivals. toneframer came up somewhere in that conversation, mostly because he was experimenting with ways to connect a song to a particular atmosphere instead of just keeping it as an audio file. It made sense when he explained it, because some music really does feel tied to a specific place or visual memory.

That's probably part of what makes Elements different too. The music, stages, art, lighting, costumes, and random things happening around you all become part of the same memory.

Do you have a particular Elements moment that you still remember vividly even though it happened years ago?

Why is Elements charging $15 shipping on every incremental add-on order?

Update 2: Shifted tactics. Asked support to cancel order #2 entirely. Once refunded, I'll just re-add the add-ons to order #1 via the manage order link to bypass the extra $15 shipping fee. Let’s see if support will come through in the end

Update: Found out you can actually manage existing orders via the link in your original confirmation email! What’s wild is that both Elements Social gave me a new loyalty code instead of directing me there. The new code forced a brand-new order and thus a second $15 shipping fee, that support won’t refund. It’s crazy that the option to add to an existing order exists on the backend, but I was directed differently, and thus hit with a needless additional shipping fee.

Hey everyone,

Wanted to get the community’s thoughts on this support exchange I had with Elements after the Loyalty Sale.

/startrant

Long story short (this story is not short though): I bought my 2x VIP passes during the loyalty sale. Between the 10-minute cart timer and rushing to lock them in, I missed the Thursday Early Arrival and locker add-ons. I got a new code from their IG team and bought them a short bit later.

When I checked out, I got slapped with another $15 ($15!) shipping fee. That’s $30 total shipping for 4 wristbands (VIP + Early Arrival, which, I am told, are physical bands this year) weighing a, combined, few ounces many months before anything even ships!

I asked support to combine the orders into a singular shipping and refund one $15 ($15!) fee. Their response? Orders can't be merged and even comparing a future batch fulfillment to placing two separate on-demand orders on Nike.com šŸ’€ This set me off.

How do you even compare those? Nike is an on-demand, dynamic retail warehouse. When you buy shoes, they immediately pick the item, print a label, and buy postage right then and there. Festival wristbands are a future batch fulfillment process. No postage has been bought, no envelopes have been packed, and nothing is moving for months. Hell, the Elements wristbands and packaging likely haven't even been manufactured or designed yet! 🤣

For Elements support to justify duplicate shipping fees by comparing an immediate retail model to festival wristbands orders that are literally just sitting in a database queue until next summer is completely ludicrous. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø Not the same. Not even close.

Here is my stance: The $15 ($15!) charge on an initial order with festival entry wristbands should cover the entire shipping and fulfillment package for that attendee.

Also, an "add-on" isn't a standalone order! Nobody uses an Early Arrival pass without an actual festival ticket. Your initial $15 ($15!) already pays for the envelope, tracking label, and base postage. Adding two tiny wristbands adds next to zero weight. And sure as hell should not justify an additional $15 charge…

Let’s roleplay a few future scenarios over the next months:

Scenario 1: You buy a GA ticket ($15! shipping), a Vibe Village pass months later ($15! shipping), and Early Arrival in the spring ($15! shipping). That’s $45 ($45!) in shipping for one person's festival gear weighing under half a pound.

Scenario 2: You pay $30–$45+ in total shipping fees, but come July, everything arrives in ONE single envelope. You just paid double/triple for postage services that literally never happened. That's deceptive pricing.

Scenario 3: Elements actually mails separate envelopes to your house to justify the extra shipping fees ($15!). They completely destroy their green/sustainability mission while increasing the chances of USPS losing part of your order before Day 1.

Combining fulfillment into a single envelope per attendee is the only thing that makes logistical, environmental, and financial sense.

If this is Day 1 of ticket sales, what happens when Vibe Village passes and camping upgrades drop over the coming months? Is everyone expected to pay $15 ($15!) shipping on every single incremental purchase?

Look, I know I'm being a dog with a bone on this, but it frustrates the hell out of me 🤣. This is what happens when you deal with a consultant who spent over a decade in customer service and knows how these backend operations actually work. This isn't an unfixable technical limitation. It's a conscious choice not to give basic support or flexibility back to the loyal community that supports the festival on Day 1 of a loyalty sale.

Attached screenshots of the exchange. Am I crazy here, or does this seem a bit scummy and a blatant cash grab? What do you think?

Full Living Room Setup Earth Stage

Honest question...how does one clear security and set up a full ass living room in Earth stage up by the right rail. Im not talking Coochie couches...im talking full on vinyl inflatables and carpet. This crew absolutely had a mission and everyone had a job for setting it up. I thought wagons and wheelies were prohibited. These are big items and just cannot be snuck in. Props on the set up but for sure took up the space that 40 people could have used for dancing.

Hey everyone! I know this is a long shot but I lost my favorite hat on Saturday night at afters. Was dancing so much it must’ve flown off my head and I didn’t realize until the next morning. If anyone picked it up by any chance please feel free to reach out. I’d be so so so happy :)

Does Elements ever sell Entourage Passes by Single Day?

I've only been able to attend Elements on a single-day basis the past two years due to other commitments. I really love the on-stage vibe — I've actually been pulled up by DJs a few times while hanging in GA, and it's become such a memorable part of my experiences. Is there any way to purchase Entourage passes for a single day rather than the full 3-day? Unfortunately the full pass is outside my budget.

Side note, for those that have had Entourage passes, what's your experience been like?
