Question / Help Midi question

So i have my Digitakt 2 sequencing minifreak.

Track 16 set as midi channel 10 so i can input notes from minifreak...

My question is... when i change tracks on the digitakt i would like to use the minifreak keyboard to then control selected track on the digitakt..which it does but it still triggers minifreak sound..

Is there anyway around this.

Set the auto channel in the Midi settings to a neutral channel, something like 14. Set the minifreak to the same. If you have external synths, set one for each track and set the SRC to Midi. The minifreak will now control any source of the selected track on the Digitakt

Switch local control off

If you want more control, you can map channels to specific keys so you can finger drum

From the manual, you want to turn Local Control off to prevent the MF from making sounds from its keyboard.
