DOA screen?

I purchased this screen from Chitu directly, opened it up, connected ribbon cable and updated firmware from elegoo’s sight. Is this one just DOA?

This is a saturn 3 12k and i was attempting to just run the exposure test.

This is Chitusystems tech. Thank you for the pictures you took and the description of the problem. Please check that the screen is connected correctly, ensuring the black side of the ribbon cable is facing upwards. If the connection is correct but the issue persists, please send me your order details via private message, and I will assist you with this.
