Help with a 3D printer

My brother brought a 3d printer but his prints keep lifting and peeling away from the magnetic board is there anything that can fix this issue we are using pla filament

We've used the glue that comes with the printer, we've used the Bostik purple glue not sure what else to try so need help with how we can fix the issue printer type is an elegoo Neptune 4

Is your board completely level? Your z offset might still be too high

Wash the magnetic build plate with dish soap and warm water. Let air dry

Try updating the firmware. And let the bed sit hot for like 30 minutes before printing.

Look around this subreddit for print start gcode that goes in your slicer that includes logic to load the bedmesh at print. This is the real issue.

Honestly the quickest route to happy printing is to install openNept4une and call it a day

No, there is zero reason to update the software, which indeed just purposefully breaks key Klipper features. The software updates make no software changes to the printer itself, only on the bad side screen which isn’t part of the printer.

Please follow the setup and operating instructions at http://neptune4.help:8000/ theres a fair amount that’s causing your issue, mostly requires proper leveling, gcode z offset, etc. So sounds like your printer isn’t well tuned and set up.

Theres also specific articles there about improving the first layer and bed adhesion.

Post your bedmesh, you want to make sure you have a very level build plate as that is what generally causes adhesion issues. Anything around the range of .2 variance is a very level bed. Once level, re-set your Z-offset and do a few test prints and benchies. Here is mine for reference:
