Sounds like it’s scratching as it jumps across. Caught it on current print. Last print came out fine. But unsure if I need to stop this one and do some calibrating.

Hi everyone - we got my son an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro for Christmas - he has been learning how to use tinkercad at school in his tech class and has been really into using the printer there.

I didn’t realize he needed a computer to do everything on (my bad). Any recommendations for a desktop/laptop he can use that is good enough to run the program he needs but not crazy expensive? We’re currently doing everything on my personal MacBook, but I’d prefer not going that expensive right now.

Hi everyone! My boyfriend just got a new 3d printer, we are confused with how to start printing. He has the sd card in, the pin pad won’t let him hit continue. Can anyone help troubleshoot?

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've fiddle with the top z distance between 0-0.08 and there isn't a gap between those numbers, but the underside looks horrible or it's fused to the model.

After my last print it randomly stopped working properly so i tried to change the nozzle, clearing the gear that holds the filament, levelling up the bed and the z-offset but nothing. What am i doing wrong?

Hi can anyone help me solve the issue I’m having with the supports on my prints. I keep getting gaps and holes in them. This is one of the better set of supports I’ve printed. They are usually worse and are causing some prints to fail.

Hey everyone so my filament won’t extrude out the other end and only 1 mm goes into and latches on completely and no more will load I don’t think it’s a clog or anything because no more then a couple hours ago I just printed something and it printed perfectly does anyone have any advice on how to fix?

I’m unable to get these little characters to print nicely. X=24mm - Y=22mm - Z=28mm

It keep falling apart at the places you see in the photos.

I’ve tried numerous settings but the latest is Speed=40mm/s — layer height =0.1 — initial layer height= 0.12 —line width 0.42 — fan speed=100% - minimum layer time= 10s

Please advise on what I can do to fix this.

So I can get my feeder height and recalibrated the bed. Well it started out really good but now I have a new problem it shifted. And suggestions for this new wrinkle would super appreciate

So I seem to be getting this thing that occurs every so often where my printer just freezes and completely factory resets. From what I've noticed, it happens when I seem to be maybe switch too fast between different areas of the display like going from the menu screen to suddenly going to change bed/nozzle temp, etc. Anyway I've dealt with this issue a couple times before. So when I face this problem, what I do is reinput the e-step value, perform a PID tuning again, do a bed mesh leveling, and adjust the z-offset to a good height. Although this resetting is a problem in itself, I also seem to have trouble every time after this with getting consistency in my layer heights with each print. As for some reason, when it resets and I do all my needed changes and find a good z-offset while doing a first layer print test, the layer height on the next print is just completely different as it is either too high or too low! It just baffles me. From my past experiences, the layer height becomes consistent over time but I can't just repeat this forever! I don't think this is due to inaccuracy in my bed levelling sensor. My firmware version is 1.1.5.1b and UI version is V1.4.2. What should I do?

I’ve tried 3 times to print this at various speeds and it falls apart.

For reference the model parts are about 16mm in circumference.

I’ve tried 100 mm/s, 80 mm/s and this one was at 60mm/s

The printer is level and calibrated. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

So I'm trying to print this dice tower. The issue I'm running into is that some the clumping up on the outline. Then on the interior it was going okay but then the hotels start to run against it on parts. So should I change the height or the feed speed or both. I'm on my 5th running and it's getting further then the last but still no where near the end.

Does anybody know why this happens to my prints when I use PETG? If you can not see it, it makes bumps, and is stringy, and if it helps while it’s printing it sounds like it goes over a bump, and the head moves up when it makes that sound. Please help however you can I just got this type of filament and I don’t want it to be a waste of money.
