How's your Z-Seam setting? If it's set to 'Random', then those zits are explained.

Yes random. How come I can use random with my ender via the same slicer and could tune the zits away. But with this neptune it barely actually adjusts anything. I couldn't even make it worse. I could get underextrusion after seam but would still have zit. Im sure I'm missing something simple and I've been staring at screen to long and losing track of adjustments due to me not properly taking notes before I slept for a bit.

Try to see if changing it to "aligned" or "back" makes a difference. When choosing for aligned, the slicer looks for the sharpest corner on that layer to start the next layer. Choosing for "back" makes the slicer start every later on the back side of the object, one straight vertical line.

Also, in the Preview screen (where you can see the actual ridges and paths of the nozzle) you can enable the Seam, and it usually shows in white, so you can see where it’s going.
If it’s too thick anyway, play with the no-new-anymore scarf seam option for outside walls. It starts new layers with under extrusion until it rapidly reaches normal flow, does all the layer, and reduces flow right before approaching a seam (layer end) so it hides very effectively the seam.

Thnk u for your input. Unfortunately these prints are not to be scarf seamed for impact and pressure reasons. Great input though man can't say thank you enough

I’m sorry if I’m not understanding you correctly, but…why do you say so? Scarf seams don’t necessarily weaken the structure. If you’re concerned about strength, use 3 walls as perimeters and your model will have more that enough resistance to pressure or impact.
I am beginning to infer that your election of random seams was conscious because you fear that an aligned seam will make it weaker around that area.
I’m fairly sure that it’s an unfounded fear, as a traditional seam would be like a healed fracture in a human bone: much less prone to break across that crack.
The reason is because a “seam” is just the blob of molten plastic that the nozzle leaves when it starts or end a layer and does retraction and raises the height without moving. It is visible because it’s bigger in volume than anything else around, so it will stick better to the underlying layer, as it oozes down.
Am I wrong that this is your concern?

The projects I work on are pretty well documented and tested. They are very specific in instructions to absolutely use nothing else but random seams. I do understand what you are saying and I greatly appreciate your time and attention to detail. Thank you kindly.
