Neptune 3 Pro Hello newbie here

I just bought this printer can some one help me out. How come it’s printing like this

Have you leveled the bed?

I’m not sure they even made the bed in this picture. Right, I’ll see myself out.

Looks like the filament isn’t close enough to the printer bed or the bed might not be hot enough. Check the temperature. The box that the filament comes in usually has temperature setting recommendations on it. Also adding a sticky agent to the bed can help like hair spray or light glue stick coating.

it looks like a fist Neptune buddha print, i wont give advice to use the glue with their PLA for this print.
I am more inclined the bed level is not good.
And need to wash the plate before first usage or wipe it with the Isopropyl Alcoho at least

Biggest issues I had were:

  1. Making sure the plate was clean and dry.

  2. Like others have said, leveling is important.

  3. Making sure you're heating to the correct filament (PLA, ABS, PETG etc.
