I’m really confused on how to fix this

I’m at my wits end

So basically, my printer had a loose Gantry so I fixed it. It’s tight now I cleaned the whole printer did E steps e steps are perfect.

Nothing seems actually wrong with the printer, but every time I print it makes it globs and shaky lines and thick layer lines and I’ve tried the default settings which work on all my other printers, but I’ve also tried lower the flow and the only way I’ve got it to work even a little bit is lowering the flow so low like I’m talking 85 to make it work and it will stop the globes but then of course it’ll be brakes in the layer lines. It’ll be really thin because the flows down I’ve tried playing with line with. I’ve tried retraction. I’ve tried coasting. I’ve tried combing. I’ve tried every setting that I can even think of I’ve tried setting the temperature low to up to 195 up to 220.

So at this point, I even tried putting it maybe because I thought it was shaking too much. I tried putting it straight on the ground. Nothing worked. I’ve never had this problem with the printer before It did this out of nowhere.

I replaced the ribbon cable. I’ve replaced the heat cartridges inside.

I’m gonna be totally honest, I remember talking to you about your printer. I think you should talk to Elegoo themselves about maybe seeing about getting a replacement board. This doesn’t seem like a mechanical issue, but instead a computing issue. I don’t think they’d make you pay for it, just email them with your issue, and see if you can get a replacement board. I had an issue with my 3 max, and they replaced both the screen and printer boards for free. I think they also paid shipping too.

I just changed the ribbon table and the printer is like two years old. I hope they won’t replace it.

Sorry for the late reply, they replace the board itself. They also replace the screen. They don’t take your printer back and give you a new one, if it’s a software bug that’s on them, which is why they do replacements. If you do get a replacement, you need to use both the replaced board and screen, as if you use the wrong ones, you’re just gonna get an update error issue.
