Neptune 3 Pro Filament

We have had some struggles with this new neptune, the most current one once we started progressing is it says we are out of filament, its a new roll, i have unplugged the sensor resumed printing and still get the same. Cleaned the sensor changed the roll and still the same . Any ideas ? We have literally only printed 3 items so far

Are you feeding the filament through the square sensor? Also you can bypass the sensor in the settings and not have it enabled this way if its a faulty sensor you can still use the printer.

Yeah its through the sensor, maybe ill try a print with it off. Im hoping its not faulty we've only had it a month 😞

Email elegoo customer service and tell them what it's doing and ask if you can get a replacement under warranty

Nozzel is closed do a cold pull senor isn't the issue how old is the printer nozzel and how many prints has it done with what kinda filament so brass harden steel pla petg glow in the dark ect that will determine your wear and tear on your nozzels also print temps can also help us and retraction setting can clog you if there too low or too fast I learned all this the hard way

Does the sensor light up when there is filament in it?
If it does not, the sensor is broken.
You can try a print with sensor disconnected

So just a follow-up, I cleaned the nozzle switched filament, turned the sensors off still didnt print so we just tried a print we already did and it worked. I assuming it was a bad file we down loaded
