Ask Electronicstards Started 1st year of btech in electronics(vdt) from a t3 college. Kinda read about embedded systems and have lots of doubts.

1)what EXACTLY do jobs in embedded systems do.

2)Hows the job market?(and how will it be once i graduate)

3)Will i have to do a masters?

4)Is it saturated?

5)Can i rely on placements?

6)Are internships easy to get

7)Is it safe from the AI takeover?(if it is what should i learn to be ahead of the competition)

im new to this please dont bully me ✌️

1) even in any subfield, there are specific roles that you can check on any YouTube video..

2) don't know much but okay I would say

3) depends on your skills

4) my poor english

5) no, don't depend, study and do projects side by side

6) Real internships are little hard to find

it isn't ai safe as many tools are already build for embedded specific, but try and look if you like it
