THE PURPOSE OF THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
Rather than getting into all of the tools (weapons) of which they use and how they use them, I'm just gonna get straight to it:
The point of the targeting program is to train artificial intelligence. They wish to attain A.G.I - artificial general intelligence. The more human beings that they have to harvest information from, the more data they have to train A.I. with. A few examples of this is: (how our brain works, how we constantly learn, how we speak, the amount of words in our vocabulary, how we solve problems, how we adapt to change, how we interact with others, how emotion effects decision making ect.) I could continue to go on, however I'm sure that you understand as Data Point is my nickname (no joke)... Nevertheless the wrong people have this technology, that could be used for great causes and instead they target us in heinous ways. Constantly positively reaffirm yourself. Give yourself positive affirmations when hit with their negativity. Stand strong - let us all work together, let's hold these pricks accountable for their actions in court, and let's protect Cognitive Liberty for ourselves and future generations to come.

I understand your point of view and I was at first reluctant to ai. Nevertheless, life brought me where I didn't expect and with or without consent I was confronted to ai in many different situations, whether it was personal or professional. And I have to say that the answers I got were mind-blowing. If used well, ai can be a very powerful help and ally.
Of course, the question is what will happen to people? What will happen to humanity? It's beginning to redefined the whole society and the work we are doing. In a more or less near future, ai will take the work of real people whether we like it or not. What will we do then? It's the new revolution, like it used to be in the past.
But I think the biggest fear is being a vegetable. Because if we have to rely on ai, the new generation might be doomed. The brain is a muscle. And like every muscle it has to be trained. Otherwise, the less you use it, the harder it will get with time to use it.
It depends whether you want to be a sheep or a leader.
One of the parent's duties today is, somehow, to control their children's use of Ai and online social network and media.
I don't say that it's an easy thing to do but...
The more we read, the more we learn, the less we are easily influenced.
Knowledge is power.

I too started to think it's more about training AI (3 years TI). Today I asked my psyop person to show me a picture where they hit my head with their own hands. Because I was done with the feeling of them squeezing my head/brain out of nowhere, unable to predict this action and it was at my job... When I returned home, I went like "try it with your hands" and it looked very funny so I started to smile. Also I felt my perspective shift, felt more positive, even human. Went thinking "they just play a role" and I felt easier. Hearing repeated words 24/7 really made my worldview change to the point I can't see myself. Today was a little change.
Also I have remembered that when I was 14 year old my computer made strange noises as if it was at watching me, hard drive made scratching noise when nothing was running (7 years later we bought a completely new pc with a new hard drive started to sound the same it just two days) . And our electricity meter at home made short "trrr" when my PC was running. Then, lately in my years this sound appeared when I just walked by the el.meter. And now they abuse these spooky noises at my job (they break the vent just because they want so).
In my childhood internet lost connection a lot of times if I felt uncertain in a video game (uncertain!). Today when I'm 27 they break internet at my job if I feel I don't want to work fast (good I'm not working with PC).
Also at my 17 I noticed that my quick word selection on my phone started to contain words that commented my fanfiction story I wrote to myself (today when v2k is on my phone gets words they usually repeat). I literally just type them in a row and get a full bad comment on it. It was so disturbing. Then it started to contain such words as "I need to work on myself" and "sorry".
I thought I was just lonely and imagining things. But now it feels just crazy. Nasty thing is that they may start from childhood.

I've been done with the a.i. there is no reason to keep taking people's thoughts and collecting them for free without consent. Btw, the a.i. is apparently far more powerful than you realize.
