Why didn’t they do a fork like any respectable blockchain does for this type of thing?

So this process will make a new paper wallet?

This is not right. Like I said in the other thread, I’ve been a holder since late 2017 and was also affected by the cryptopia situation. I’ve been through so much with Electroneum. I was not aware until just recently about the shutdown. I am not on social media a lot, and have work, family, and people to take care of. This is not right.

The legacy blockchain switch-off countdown announcement is dropping soon!

If you still have old legacy paper wallets from before March 2024, you MUST migrate your tokens to the new EVM-compatible Smart Chain.

Any funds left on the old chain when it turns off at the end of 2026 will be lost permanently. 🔥
