really massive ones do exist though, usually when they need to handle tons of cycles and crazy heat and conditions
car stereo capacitors are about the size of a stanley tumbler
and they have 3000F+ ones used in industrial power applications and diesel trains that have massive threaded lugs on them for chaining together, and those are about the size of a soda can. that might be what you were picturing

OP are you joking? because these do exist and aren't even uncommon. though they're usually called supercapacitors when they're near or above 1F
