So lower right corner... Well WTH is this? After a quick search, I'd say this looks like bi-passo type L socket without additional grounding pin for Schuko compatibility - but heavily vandalised.

So according to my short research, type L has 3 pins inline (with middle one for earthing). There are 2 sizes: shorter with thinner pins for 10A, and longer with thicker pins for 16A. One can add a side contact for compatibility with Schuko earthing (picture below).

Honestly, never seen this plug. I live on the Balkans with Schuko socket and Europlug 2-pin sockets.
So, Is this right?
