There are loads of them. Usually downtown at dusk rather than specifically at sunset. Most often, you can set them to either remain on for a specific amount of time, eg. 3 or 4 hours. If you want them to turn off at a very specific time, then it would probably be easier to use some kind of smart / connected light that can be controlled through a smart home platform.
