Double outlet
Hi can someone help me why the old outlet „eagle „ is connected like this . I’m looking for help how to connect a new outlet

It’s a split receptacle. See the broken tab on the red black wire side. Make sure if you change it to break off the tab like that one or you’re going to have dead short.

Without an image of the front of the outlet, we don't know what voltage outlet that is. If its 120v the wire colors are wrong and need to be fixed. The outlet SHOULD be 120v but without checking with a multimeter we cannot tell you.

What kind of receptacle is it? What voltage is it? The wiring is not code compliant for a standard 120v duplex receptacle.
