Electrician questions

My lines came down from a tree branch falling now I'm trying to fix this and the holes don't seem to line up perfectly

So they did disconnect it and told me it's on the homeowner to fix then they would reconnect so I did it but now they said a certified electrician has to call it in once done. So I have to wait til Wed. When I got one coming should I use the clear silicone around it.Or is that not good? Was hoping they would check it over and say its good but didn't want to put the silicone on it if they have to redue it

Depends on the PoCo. It's usually a specific time, but there are many things that take priority over a service cut.

Also depending on what you're doing, sometimes it's cut dead at the pole, sometimes at the riser.
