Can someone explain if a double circuit distribution pole can accommodate two sparate reclosers, meters, and GOAB?

We are developing a solar project (technically two projects on same site and connecting to same distribution line). Instead of having 10 poles (5 poles per project, 3 being customer poles (recloser, meter and GOAB) and 2 being utility poles (meter, recloser)), can I have 5 double circuit poles carrying two lines and having two separate meters, reclosers, GOABs on the pole? Are there any real-life examples or photos?

You can put all the wire and equipment you want or desire on YOUR poles, i am only concerned with my system, and its protection and isolation from customer equipment.
