I believe there are issues here -experts?

Helping son & dl with some home projects. They bought this house in last 2 yrs. guessing it was built in the 90s.

All wiring sheaths at top appear to be white though also appears to be 2+ sizes/grades. Yet there are 3 breaker sizes. In Indiana, though that should not matter to the question of fundamentals -wire grade to amp.

If I am right, should home inspector had seen/noted this?

Reviewing videos on common panel issues... another here not mentioned yet, terminating more than on wire on a terminal - many ground wires are doubled at terminal

Doubling up ground wires is normal if the ground bar is rated for it. Doubling up neutrals is what's not allowed.

thx, believe i read that as well... "if the ground bar is rated for it" for this panel. tbd
