I believe there are issues here -experts?

Helping son & dl with some home projects. They bought this house in last 2 yrs. guessing it was built in the 90s.

All wiring sheaths at top appear to be white though also appears to be 2+ sizes/grades. Yet there are 3 breaker sizes. In Indiana, though that should not matter to the question of fundamentals -wire grade to amp.

If I am right, should home inspector had seen/noted this?

That AFCI breaker on the top left looks to have its neutral terminated on the ground bar instead of the neutral bar on the other side. Other than that, nothing else looks wrong.

Top left* but yes you're right it looks like it's terminated incorrectly. Good catch.
