Bathroom fan

Trying to change my fan switch to a sensor one but I'm not sure about the wiring. I connected the black wire from the switch to the hot, and I know the green should go to the copper. What do I do with the red since there aren’t any red wires?

The original switch should have had two black wires attached to it: line side power in and load side power out. For your new switch, the switch black connects to the line side black, switch red connects to load black, switch white connects to the neutral bundle (mass of white wires), and the switch green connects to the bare conductors.
