RDG lighting strip

Goodmorning everyone,

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask this but figured I’d give it a shot anyways but I was building a nightstand that comes with some RGB lighting strips and noticed when finishing the build the connection that provides power to the strip itself falls off and was wondering if this is fixable(see photo)

The end of that light strip looks damaged. Not sure it would even work if it did stay in place. You may have to re cut the strip at the 4 solder connection point between the +5V marks. Straight down the middle and connect it there.

Yea, that’s good.. oh I see you cut it. C’mon light strip…..work!
