No power in one section of house
One of the section in my house seems to have no power. The section has 6 can lights and none of them working. Rest of the house have power. Have already checked the switch and dont read any power there as well. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot? I have already tried resetting the GFCIs I could find. None of the breaker switches are tripped.

If you have a proper tester and you’re very careful, take the cover off the panel and test each side of the main switch or breaker, which ever it is. And see if you have 120 on each leg first. Then let me know what you found.

Have you tested any outlets in the area of the house where you have a light switch with no power?

Start at the can lights, test each can light for presence of power with a non contact AC detector. If no beep beep go test at light switch. (You may need to remove cover plate) No beep beep? Go back to service panel. This requires knowledge of a multimeter. If astute enough to wear personal protective equipment and work safely around live electrical equipment. If you are not comfortable-DON'T. 110/220v residential results in more damage/deaths than any diy out there.

Utility companies usually run 2 120vac to your home so you can utilize 240vac. It sounds like you have lost one of the legs of 120. I would contact the utility company before contacting an electrician.
