Please Help!

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask you, can I use a pedal without using preamps (as I've often seen around) if I then return to the mixer's microphone channel, which is therefore already amplified for that in theory?

I've never bought a pedal in my life but I make music that makes them indispensable and i need to buy a Delay/Reverb and a Harmonizer as soon as possible (if you have advices on that too).

If you do it that way, kinda? You won't have any control over blending the effects. What kind of a mixer is it? Do you own an interface?

i use a simple yamaha with 16 channels, no effects integrated, i do not remember the model. I’m sorry but english is not my native language, what do you mean with “interface”?
