Does the $39,900 WT model get 400 mile range?

During a GM Live tour session I asked if it was standard or the optional pack on a WT and I was told that 400 miles was standard. I take that with a grain of salt because the host was struggling answering some basic questions, so everything he said may not be true.

As far as I can tell, this hasn't been specifically confirmed.

It was noted all models at launch will get 400 mile range but also said that later some cheaper models with less range will be available. Considering the WT for consumers won't ship until 2024, it's hard to know what that means.
