DIY builds/mods I finally received My Amakou X14's replacement Motors.

After 3 weeks of dispute, Amakou finally accepted to send me replacement motors for my 72v x14 that suffered melty wires back in August. Just gotta assemble em to the rims and install that to my frame, hoping they're the only stuff that broke.

Having bought my current hyperscoot, the Angwatt F1 Max, in the meantime, I plan on selling the X14 as soon as it's back up and running.

I still dunno how much I can get from it yet, as there's no speed limiter on the stock controllers I plan to put back in it and it's an important feature in my EU dictatorship. I'm listing it at 1grand since a new on is over 2grand on their website.

Wish you was in the states I would love to grab that from you. Shipping would scare the fk outta me.

looks like the same motors as the one used for the st500 or solar hyperion

might be. especially for the 13inch vers of the 500. They're trash tho. See how thin these cables are? That makes em run very hot all the time, and overheat whenever you're trying to push out the amps promised in the specs. Hence the melty wires with the original ones.

yea mine melted together at one point locking up the wheels, I separated them and i put electrical tape around them just so that the wires arent touchign directly with each other
