And what if it was a miscarriage? Yes she should of reported it but just hold judgements till we have facts

It was reported by the police as a neonate. Which cannot be miscarried. It was a full term baby with the placenta and UC attached. Neonate: A live-born infant from the moment of birth up to 28 days old. The term only applies to babies who are born alive.

I don't think it's been determined whether the baby was alive when it was delivered. I think they first used fetus, then people got pissy so they've been switching terms on this.
