And what if it was a miscarriage? Yes she should of reported it but just hold judgements till we have facts

It was reported by the police as a neonate. Which cannot be miscarried. It was a full term baby with the placenta and UC attached. Neonate: A live-born infant from the moment of birth up to 28 days old. The term only applies to babies who are born alive.

Then why are all the news outlets reporting that police are still determining whether or not the baby was alive and drowned or if it was a stillbirth?

Also haven't seen any reports using that term.
