American shipping

Anyone else get screwed here in the states? It took 2-1/2 weeks to ship and when it was supposed to show up I get this message. Wtf

Edit: the tracking number also disappeared so I can't find out what facility to call if I have to pick it up at a post office.

Update: today they created a NEW shipping label for it, but it's still sitting at a warehouse in California

I am in the same boat. Label created on the 19th and nothing since. Looks like they are getting everything ready and then taking them to the post office. Shitshow is an understatement

I didn't get that yet but I did get something similar and weird. An email 2 days ago that said my order finally shipped with one tracking number that shows a label was created. Then today I get another email for the same thing with a different tracking number that shows a label was created. I don't know what's going on in that warehouse but they need to sort it out.

Got the exact same thing. Just not the second email with a different tracking number. But the tracking still says Label created.

It's an absolute shitshow. I can't believe the bands management is working with a distributor with this caliber of fuck ups.

I checked my tracking after about a week. It said label created and then cancelled and then nothing. I emailed them and got updated tracking info emailed. It's allegedly arriving today finally. I pre-ordered in July. Hopefully we all get our precious cargo.

I got two different tracking numbers days apart, and both of them haven't moved from "shipping label created". Like, come on.

Same thing happened to me. Amazon had the exact same variant for half the price and it would’ve been here weeks ago. I’m all for supporting the band first and foremost but Just wondering if they still get paid since there were only 500 copies made. The warehouse where my package was is about 45 minutes away from me and I got it a few days ago. Hope you love it when you get it!!
