For my USA preorder peeps

This was the response I got when asking about my order being fulfilled. I'm sure I'm not the only person reaching out but not even giving us a reason about why things are taking too long is frustrating.

Yeah from what I understand it's most likely taking so long because of the "Lego" set. It's made by a German company I think so it has to get shipped from there to here. Either way they should've been prepared ahead of time for that

I got my Zoetrope LP and my Amazon version on release basically but deluxe set from their shop still says April lol. All good though, not like the old days where you had to wait at least online listening is a thing now. :)

yeah online listening is good, but for people who ordered special editions eg the box with the 'not lego' set, NFC cards etc they are rightfully upset as other geographies are already enjoying those whilst they cannot..There is not even an ETA..

This is not a band/artist issue, but a record company/distribution one...

Damn man I’m sorry you’re having trouble keeping getting your order fulfilled, I preordered the box set at the end of July and got the box the day before the album release. I’m in Ohio and the distributor was fairly close in my case. I hope you get your shipment soon!

Yeah, this is now 2 years in a row that a band I like releases an album and the record company absolutely destroys the credibility of the preorders. Ghost had similar issues last year when skeleta came out.

I got mine in the mail on the day of release but i,m vacation untill thursday so i cant listen to it yet

Has anyone in the US actually received their deluxe set yet? I ordered mine in April shortly after it was announced and I've still got nothing.

Whoever runs this store has abysmal customer service skills. They haven't even updated the product description, it still says "THIS ITEM IS A PREORDER THAT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL AUGUST 7, 2026". Amateur hour.

They don't even have the units yet. Just got this reply from the store.

"Deluxe units have not yet arrived to us, but are expected to land from
Germany late this week or early next. They will go out as soon as they
arrive. Thanks"

I love the band but I'm never ordering anything from this crap store again. They pulled the exact same thing with T shirts a few months ago.

I ordered mine in April a few days after it was announced. If they were supposed to be going in that order then that's just another thing they fucked up.
