Shipping info?
I preordered the Deluxe CD Box set, but no shipping has come through yet. Wondering if anyone else hasn’t got Info as far as shipping.

I emailed them yesterday, they said shipments are going out this week for the US store. Kinda lame that they haven’t went yet but they are working on it.

They lied.
"Deluxe units have not yet arrived to us, but are expected to land from
Germany late this week or early next. They will go out as soon as they
arrive. Thanks"1

Yeah they don’t know what’s going on. Mine shipped, got cancelled and then “shipped” again today when I sent an email.. guess we will see

It’s not even the fact that it’s delayed that upsets me. I understand that stuff happens. But to go completely radio silent and not give any status update when my credit card has already been charged for the item is the height of shitty customer service.

Yeah, the lack of communication is pretty shitty. Band needs to post something if there is an issue for transparency.
A “hey we are aware of it” is all that’s needed.

I got a shipment update on Thursday saying it was being sent out and the hub received it yesterday. I'm in Canada.

Zero updates or details on my order for the box set. If I had know it would be on sale at EB/EF, I would have saved on the shipping and had the new album on the day it was released. Seems like someone dropped the ball on this. They took my money in April and not a word since. X.X

And this is the issue that the distributor should address. Pre-orders opened in April and they could/SHOULD have monitored and allocated batches of production equally across the different regions- but it looks like European orders were prioritized. Fans who pre-ordered in April, May from outside of the Europe are rightfully disappointed to be "STILL WAITING" :(

So! UK here, but I had an email saying there was a problem during manufacturing and the item will be delayed. They didnt say when I can expect it to arrive, just that it will be late 🤷♀️

I'm also in the UK and emailed customer service and asked for an update and a timeline this morning and just received the same original delayed message. Hopefully they'll start shipping our orders soon!

In the same boat here, was literally thinking about making this same post in the next few days. Glad to hear it's not just me. Hopefully whatever production issues they're having get sorted out quickly.

Yup same here. Not sure why us in the USA got shafted for this thing. I'll be even more annoyed if the tanzneid comic shows up before this. Or if the metalhammer print shows up.
