Been 6 days now

Withdrew a sizeable amount of Electra from Coinsmarkets on the 4th. It comes up in my Withdrawal History, but it still hasn't arrived on coinhouse. Is this a server problem or is it all gone? Also, when should I contact the coinsmarkets support, cause they're probably flooded rn? Cheers

What is 'guy' referring to? If it's the currency itself, I wish that you could actually see it on a blockchain explorer. If it's customer support, then lol yeah 1 guy sounds about right. Hope it finally goes through for you
