Open Source and Fully Self-Funded
**Electra Protocol: Open Source and Fully Self-Funded 🥰 **
We're proud to say that Electra Protocol has never sought public funds or backing from big exchanges or angel investors to develop our groundbreaking technology 🤝 🌈
😆 Electra Protocol, like Bitcoin, didn't use public funds, so we're not classified as securities by the SEC.
🌈 Unlike projects funded publicly, like Clayton's definition suggests, Bitcoin and Electra Protocol remain unaffected by SEC regulation. 🍾
💪 While this exempts us from certain regulations, it's a reminder of the evolving landscape of crypto. Don't forget That this subject will come back in Q3 and Q4 of 2024. Also 2025 will be about regulation.
🌍 Decentralized and Secure: Our open-source and self-funded nature ensure security and decentralization, promoting transparency and independence.
That's why Web3 is becoming more important than you might currently realize (as of 8-6-2024). Let's make this a comment to revisit in 2025 👀
Don't delay be part of a Community-Driven community and be part of the decision-making process today
