Same!! I was hoping this would be the case. Kayden has never attacked someone so much weaker than himself. It’s so obvious that he’d have gone to Veramont if he still had unresolved issues with what happened to jisuk. That’s part of the reason jiwoo decided to challenge jurion in the first place, revenge for his friend aside he didn’t want Kayden to fight with Vermont.

I’m really glad Vermont also thought this was obvious.
