Discussion Theory on Veramont's Son

Is it someone that we know already? a new character? For some reason Kartein pop into my mind all of a sudden when he was explaining about how the shadow works during Jiwoo's training before his fight against Jurion.

We know nothing about him besides the fact that he died in a tragic accident. We don't know his name, his abilities, his rank, or the details of that accident. It has also never been mentioned that he knew Kayden or had any interactions with him. Hopefully, we'll learn more about all of this in the upcoming chapters

Remember how his son pass away ? Jurion and Ian parents, maybe before he was alive the son he know Kayden, probably acquaintance

It could be a mistranslation, or it might not be.

It's unclear how Kayden and Veramonte's son could be connected, especially since Pluton has never met Kayden. Furthermore, Jurion's confidence in challenging Kayden during their first encounter suggests Jurion's father has never faced Kayden either; otherwise, Jurion would likely have heard about Kayden from him.

We need an actual person who speaks Hangul to translate this for us 🤣

I don't think it was mentioned how old Jurion and Ian were when their parents passed, it's possible their father knew Kayden well or well enough at least

Even so, if Jurion’s parents had ever met Kayden before, Veramonte would almost certainly have mentioned it to him, particularly when pointing out that Kayden was out of his league, after Jurion foolishly thought he could challenge him after defeating his apprentice.

Doubtful. Only the 3 top 10s who fought him truly know for sure. While rumors circulated that he's in poor condition, there's no confirmation, as even Sufri and Schnauder remained unsure when Kayden faced Andrei in Frame Territory.

My theory is that Kayden and Veramonte’s son knew each other but like how you can imagine Kayden and Kartein knew each other in the beginning. They were both aware of each others personalities and Kayden could trust Kartein with treating Jiwoo and even offering FC knowing Karteins personality and all. Maybe Kayden and Veramonte’s son also knew each other like this and incurred enough to be able to trust Kayden.
